Our two day online retreat course has been designed for student and qualified therapists, coaches and counsellors of any modality, to help you develop your own self-awareness and learn some insightful tools for self-supervision which can transform your work with your clients as well as your relationship with yourself.

- Discover the importance of developing a sense of self-awareness.
- Explore the concepts of transference and countertransference.
- Become aware, through experiential learning, how your own beliefs, values and attitudes impact on the client-coach/therapist relationship.
- Learn a number of psychotherapeutic models, tools and techniques for developing your own self-awareness and reflexivity.
