Mindfulness and Self-Hypnosis for Change and Personal Development
The state of your life is a reflection of your state of mind… many people are now beginning to realise this, and are deciding to make positive changes that will reflect across all contexts of their lives.
People practice mindfulness and self-hypnosis for many different reasons; regular practice can help with issues such as stress and anxiety, insomnia, resolving problems and creating greater clarity, improving creativity or sports performance, achieving goals, such as weight loss, and improving emotional health and life balance.
This is a relaxing day where you will learn some simple and effective techniques which can make a real difference to your life balance. For therapists, coaches and counsellors, these methods can also be taught to clients and patients suffering from anxiety and stress, so that they have some useful life skills to help themselves.
Join us on this relaxing day in the beautiful and peaceful setting of Wykeham Village... learning techniques which can give you an antidote to stress; helping you create a greater sense of balance in your life.
