The state of your life is a reflection of your state of mind… many people are now beginning to realise this, and are deciding to make positive changes that will reflect across all contexts of their lives.

People practice mindfulness and self-hypnosis for many different reasons; stress and anxiety, insomnia, resolving problems and creating greater clarity, improving creativity, personal reflective practice, and improving emotional health and life balance.

This is a relaxing day where you will learn some simple and effective techniques which can make a real difference to your life balance, and will also offer empowering tools for your clients to help them improve their own psychological wellbeing.

We like to keep our courses small, and this course is limited to a maximum of just five delegates.  Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Course fee £205.00*, to include comprehensive course manual.

*£195.00 for Newsletter Subscribers

This course has been given Quality Checked CPD training recognition by the National Hypnotherapy Society (HS) and the National Counselling Society (NCS). This course alone is not a route to the Accredited Register nor does it fully equip a participant to practice as a qualified practitioner or refer to themselves  as ‘a specialist’ in the subject matter unless they have other qualifications to support this.

Please note that this is a personal development course and is not intended to be a substitute for medical care.  If you are dealing with any sort of mental or emotional disorder, are undergoing any mental health therapy, are experiencing epilepsy or seizures, or have any other neurological disorder, we suggest that you consult your medical practitioner or therapist before you undertake this programme, and proceed only under their supervision.
